Questions
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice, or by card through Paysera. Switch on automatic renewal and we email the owners a payment link three days before each period ends. Every payment comes with a fiscalized e-Faturë.
What if a payment is late?
Everything keeps working for 3 days. After that the admin is locked until the plan is renewed — but your website stays online and nothing is deleted.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. A change applies from the next period. If you move to a smaller plan, the records you already have stay readable.
Is there a discount for early customers?
Founding customers get a discount. Ask us about it.
