Albanian fiscalization, built in
Invoices registered with the tax administration at handover, with NIVF and QR code, automatic retries, and support for companies outside VAT.

In Albania every sale must be fiscalized. In most garages this means retyping each rental into a separate invoicing program. With SaaSGarage, it happens on its own.
When the invoice is issued
- One invoice at handover, once the rental is fully paid.
- Extra charges are invoiced at return — extra days, kilometres, fuel, damage.
The invoice is registered with the tax administration right away and gets its NIVF and a QR code. The QR code is included in the email to the customer.
When the tax service is slow
If the tax service doesn't accept an invoice straight away, the platform retries automatically every hour during the day. You don't need to watch it.
Companies outside VAT
Not VAT-registered? That's supported too — the invoice is issued with the right category for companies outside VAT.
Setting it up
- Open Settings → Fiscalization.
- Upload your
.p12certificate and enter your business unit, device and operator codes. The certificate is stored encrypted. - Try it first in the test environment, then switch to production.
Fiscalization is optional per company — turn it on only when you're ready.
e-Faturë for SaaSGarage's own invoices
We use the same engine for our own billing: when a company pays its subscription, SaaSGarage issues a fiscalized e-Faturë to that company's NUIS, signed and registered with the tax administration, with a downloadable PDF.
Plan: fiscal invoicing is included in Business, or can be added to Rental for €25 a month.
