Every document SaaSGarage produces for you
Rental agreements, execution certificates, inspection records, fiscal invoices with QR codes, e-Faturë, emails, legal pages and exports — what the platform generates and where to find it.

A rental business runs on paper — even when the paper is digital. Here is every document SaaSGarage creates, so you know what you have and where it lives.
For each rental
| Document | What it is | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Rental agreement (PDF) | Generated from your contract terms, in Albanian or English. Versioned and fingerprinted. | Rental wizard, customer link |
| Execution certificate | Added when you download a signed agreement: both signatures, identities, consent and timestamps. | Rental wizard |
| Handover inspection | Odometer, fuel, checklist and photos from every angle. | Rental wizard |
| Incident record | Time, place, severity, police and insurance references, costs and photos. | Rental wizard |
| Return and settlement | Return readings, new damage, the calculation and the deposit decision. | Rental history |
| Customer documents | Driving licence and passport uploaded by your team or the customer. | Rental wizard (private) |
Invoices and payments
| Document | What it is |
|---|---|
| Fiscal invoice | Registered with the tax administration, with NIVF and QR code, emailed to the customer. |
| Extra-charge invoice | Issued at return for anything added after handover. |
| Payment links | Paysera links you open or email to the customer. |
| e-Faturë from SaaSGarage | Our own invoice to your company for the subscription, with a PDF you can download. |

Emails
Booking confirmation, booking codes, new-booking alerts for the team, pick-up and return reminders, offer answers, price-drop and availability alerts, the daily deadline digest, and subscription renewal links.
Your website's legal pages
Terms, privacy policy and cookie notice come from your settings, in both languages. The version of the rental terms each customer accepted is saved with their booking.
Exports
CSV exports for your accountant, an Excel export, and the yearly report.
