Getting paid: card, cash, transfer, deposits and refunds
Every way your customers pay — Paysera card payments and links, cash, card terminal and bank transfer — in one ledger, with deposits kept apart and refunds that go back to the card.

Money is where small mistakes become expensive. SaaSGarage keeps every payment in one ledger per rental, so you always know what was paid, how and when.
Every way to pay
- Paysera card payments — online bookings, the secure rental link, or a Paysera payment link you open in the browser or send by email.
- Cash, card terminal and bank transfer, recorded by your team.
Each company uses its own Paysera account: you enter your keys in Settings → Payments, and they are stored encrypted.
Amounts you can trust
- The amount is always calculated by the platform, never taken from the browser.
- A payment only counts when Paysera confirms it — returning to the "thank you" page alone doesn't change anything.
- Duplicate confirmations never create duplicate payments; amount, currency and signature must all match.
Deposits are not income
Security deposits are tracked separately from rental income. At the end of a rental you refund, apply, keep or partly keep the deposit — and your reports show deposits and their returns as their own lines.
Refunds
Card refunds go back through Paysera, partial or full, straight from the rental. Your payment reports are shown net of refunds.

Emails that matter
- The customer gets one booking confirmation email.
- Your team gets an email for every new booking.
- When fiscal invoicing is on, the invoice email includes the QR code.
Plan: online payments with Paysera are part of the Rental and Business plans. Recording cash, card and transfer payments works in every rental plan.
